Marcy, Skylight, Gray: closed?
Hope this isn’t a silly question, but with the recent Avalanche Pass closure, I’m wondering if the Marcy/Skylight/Gray trail is closed if you did it as an out and back? Basically Van Hoevenberg Trail from the Loj to Marcy Trail, up to Skylight, over to Gray, then repeat back over the Marcy and Van Ho trail.
I’m looking at the map and trying to figure out if that’s feasible or not, or if it’s an inadvisable route. Any help would be appreciated!

From what I understand the Av Pass closure starts at the intersection of the Lake Arnold trail. So the Lake Arnold trail is in the clear but a bushwhack is necessary to clear a portion of the mud slide on that end.
