Backpack recommendations

I am looking to change backpacks. The last few years I have using the Deuter Trail pack 30 and before that I was wearing the Osprey Kestral 38. A month ago I purchased an ultra light pack from Grossamer pack and immediately returned it. It felt like wearing a garbage bag on my back. I am a classic over-packer. I bring a lot of water, food, and layers on my hikes. The Deuter is “ok”, but several things bug me including not being able to reach the water bottle on the side while hiking, only being one side pouch, only one waist pouch, and it just doesn’t ever seem balanced. I am day hiker so 30L range feels like is should be big enough. Any thoughts or recommendations?

I bought the Gregory Citro 30L for winter hikes so I could fit the extra clothes. I liked it so much I bought the 24L version of the same pack for warmer weather hikes. Very comfortable and balanced. Has all the pockets and pouches you're looking for as well.
