Route Guidance
Trail Overview
Austin Falls is a short waterfall and gorge destination associated with the Perkins Clearing and Speculator Tree Farm area. It is better understood as a quick scenic hike or waterfall stop than as a long trail objective. Hikers go for the gorge setting, moving water, and quick payoff. Because access is short, the main planning concern is safe movement near rock, water, and any local access boundaries.
