Trail Overview
Bug Lake sits along the Bug Lake Trail in the Moose River Plains Complex, a marked trail corridor connecting Uncas Road with Eighth Lake Campground. The trail runs 3.2 miles one way, so the simple out-and-back presentation is about 6.4 miles round trip. The lake can also be part of a broader trail-network outing connected with the Black Bear Mountain Uncas Trail.
