Trail Overview
Coney Mountain is one of the signature Tupper Lake Triad hikes, known for a short approach, gradual-to-moderate climbing, and a broad exposed summit. The trail is approachable by Adirondack mountain standards but still rocky enough to feel like a real hike. Hikers go for the wide-open summit, long views across the Tupper Lake region, and a high reward-to-effort ratio that works well for families, newer hikers, and sunrise or sunset outings.
