Route Guidance
Trail Overview
Gothics is the high scenic anchor of the Lower Great Range, usually reached from AMR by Lake Road, the Weld Trail, and Pyramid before crossing onto the Range Trail. Its open ledges and views make it one of the most memorable summits in the range.
Cautions
Gothics has steep terrain, exposed ledges, and AMR access requirements. Wet rock, ice, wind, and the long Lake Road exit can all change the difficulty of the hike.
