Route Guidance
Trail Overview
Lower Wolfjaw is the eastern end of the Lower Great Range sequence, often reached late in a long ridge traverse from Gothics, Armstrong, and Upper Wolfjaw. Its wooded summit may feel modest, but the accumulated distance and descent make it a serious finish.
Cautions
Lower Wolfjaw often comes late in a demanding range day. Plan for tired legs, rough footing, and enough daylight for the full descent and exit.
