Trail Overview
Peaked Mountain rises above Thirteenth Lake in the Siamese Ponds Wilderness and is commonly reached by following the Peaked Mountain Trail from the Thirteenth Lake area. The route starts with easier shoreline and forest walking, passes Peaked Mountain Pond, and then turns into a more sustained climb toward the summit. Hikers choose this destination for its mix of water, woods, and summit views without the scale of a High Peaks outing. The overall feel is moderate to hard depending on conditions, with the steeper upper section providing most of the effort.
