Route Guidance
Trail Overview
Pickerel Pond is a short, easy pond hike off Coreys Road near Tupper Lake. The route begins at a small, lightly marked pull-off and follows an old woods road before becoming a simple footpath through darker forest to the grassy edge of Pickerel Pond. The payoff is a quiet waterbody with views toward the Seward Range, making it a high-value stop for very little effort. It is not a major backcountry objective, but it works well as a quick scenic walk, family outing, or add-on while exploring Coreys Road.
