Route Guidance
Trail Overview
Round Mountain near Keene Valley is a lower High Peaks-area summit with a short but serious climb and excellent open views. The standard route uses the S. Burns Weston Trail from the St. Huberts / AMR-side access, while longer loop options can connect Round with Noonmark. The hike is shorter than many surrounding High Peaks routes, but the climb is steep and rugged enough to feel like a real mountain day.
