Cold River Loop
Hi all,
I’m planning to do the Cold River loop later this month. The trailhead on Coreys Rd is a 4-hr drive for me, so I likely won’t arrive until 10 or 11am. What is the likelihood of getting a parking spot on Friday at that hour? And in the event that the lot is full, I’ve heard there is roadside parking along Coreys Rd—how reliable is that as a back-up plan?

Friday is still a weekday, so it can be treated as any other weekday except maybe just slightly more popular, so getting a spot is pretty easy. It’s really only Saturday and Sunday that’s concern! So I think you should be fine in my opinion
