Whiteface 7/4 via ASRC
Got a later start on this hike (10am). A busy day as can be expected on the 4th of July. The trails are in great condition. The small amounts of mud that we encountered was a relief on our feet after pounding rock all day. There is one area of major blowdown heading up Lookout from Marble. A manageable work around is available. We had a windy day so hardly any bugs to worry about. The views as always were epic. There had to be at least 30 cars in line waiting to park on our way down from the peak. Overall a wonderful hike. As always be safe, leave no trace and happy hiking to all!!
