Route Guidance
Trail Overview
Cliff Mountain is a remote High Peak reached from the Uphill area by an unmarked herd path with muddy terrain and short scramble sections. It is usually paired with Redfield, but Cliff’s rough footing often makes it feel harder than its elevation suggests.
Cautions
Cliff has muddy herd-path travel, rough footing, and scramble sections that can be slow when wet or icy. Combined with Redfield, the long approach and return make this a full High Peaks day.
